En bref

Laurence Moszkowicz is a certified professional coach specializing in neurodiversity profiles (people with Attention Deficit Disorder, Asperger's Autism, Dys and High Intellectual Potential) and founder of Talents Atypiques.

After 28 years as a communications strategy consultant in media and communications groups (Lagardère and Canal +), she decided to help people with different levels of intelligence make the most of their uniqueness and find their place in a normo-thinking world. She founded Talents Atypiques in 2015, to enable neurodivergent people to flourish in sustainable employment adapted to their particular ways of functioning.Convinced of the wealth that neurodivergent profiles represent in a world in transition, she positions herself as a bridge between the corporate world and the neuro-atypical world in order to facilitate their path to inclusion. She offers tailor-made support to the people concerned and to their managers (coaching, awareness-raising, training, etc.), giving companies the keys to welcoming the richness of these profiles so that they can deploy their full potential in the corporate world.
