The aim of this course is to provide a practical and up-to-date overview of the latest research and clinical developments in urothelial cancer, including muscle-invasive and non-muscle invasive bladder cancers, upper urinary tract urothelial carcinomas, and their metastases. In so doing, we aim to a) promote a consensus understanding of the current optimal treatment strategies for these diseases, b) provide practical knowledge and a clinical perspective of the diseases and how they are treated, c) promote an enhanced mechanistic understanding of the diseases and the methodologies used to study them, and d) provide an industry perspective to share how new treatments are developed.
